You can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Your reservation is non-refundable. Purchases made after 24 hours are non-refundable. A voucher valid for future trips will be issued for justified changes / cancellations. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your first purchase (provided your trip is at least a week away), you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.
