If you find that all emails are not showing in your Outlook inbox, you may have the "focused" inbox feature enabled. With Focused Inbox enabled, all emails are not displayed in your main inbox, only those that Outlook considers most important. Everything else is under the "other" tab. If Outlook isn't showing recent emails, check your Internet connection first. Also check if you have sorted the emails in your inbox in the Most Recent category. If everything is fine but Outlook still doesn't show recent emails, we suggest you clear Outlook cache files. Sometimes cache files create some problems with Outlook.
