On your computer, open the Control Panel, and then click Devices and Printers. Right-click on your printer and then select Printer Properties. Click on the Ports tab. Select your printer from the list of printers, and then clear the Enable bidirectional support check box. Press and hold the power button on the printer. Release this button when you see the power LED turn off. Remove the power cord from the back of the Samsung printer.
